Family Centered.
We understand that auctions often happen during major life transitions. Whether you are settling an estate, downsizing, selling a farm, liquidating a business, or preparing a home for sale, you deserve honest communication, personal attention, and a team that treats you with care and respect.
As a family-owned business, we take the time to understand your situation and help you find the best path forward. With almost 20 years of auction experience and a licensed Realtor on our team, we can help clients sell both real estate and personal property through one trusted source.
Having faced the loss of our own parents, we understand how overwhelming it can be to sort through a lifetime of belongings while grieving. If you find yourself in that position, our goal is simple: we will guide you through the process with honesty and compassion, helping ease the burden during a difficult time.
Tailored Services.
A successful auction begins long before sale day. Depending upon your unique needs, our services could include:
Initial consultation to determine whether an auction is the right fit
Cataloging, organizing, and boxing sale items
Photography and advertising through our website, social media, and specialty auction platforms
Sale-day setup, clerking, cashiering, and auction services
Detailed settlement sheets, itemized records, and prompt payment
When real estate is involved, Chad's Realtor license allows us to coordinate both the sale of the property and the personal property, helping families work with one trusted team throughout the process.
We charge a percentage fee that covers the costs associated with your auction, including labor, advertising, and other sale-related expenses. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.
Our Team.
Masterson Auction Service is truly a family business. From setup to settlement, our entire family plays a role in making each auction successful.
Chad brings nearly 20 years of auctioneering experience to the team. And as the 2024 Northeastern Oklahoma Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year, he is well qualified to help you with your real estate needs.
Trishia manages the business operations, advertising, finances, clerking, and cashiering.
Our son, Seth, and our daughter, Annessa, help with setup, auction-day operations, and load out. Even our granddaughter, Lillie, occasionally makes an appearance. We believe you're never too young to learn the value of hard work!
We are also fortunate to have the help of good friends. Becky helps with organizing, clerking, and cashiering (and making the best peanut butter cookies ever!) Jeff and Jody assist with setup, ringing, load out, and just about anything else that needs to be done. We couldn't do this without them!
When you hire Masterson Auction Service, you're not hiring a single auctioneer. You're hiring a team committed to making your sale run smoothly from beginning to end.
We proudly donate our auctioneering services to several nonprofit and community organizations throughout our community.
